PENNVEST Low Interest Loan: $2,160,940 for wet weather compliance projects associated with the NPDES Compliance Schedule and the COA.
2005 Sewer Revenue Bonds: $10,000,000
$5,720,000 refinancing of
the 2001 Sewer Revenue Bonds resulting in approximately $100,000 savings to be
used for capital projects.
Approximately $4,000,000
available for projects associated with the NPDES Compliance Schedule and COA as
well as other capital additions required for proper operation and maintenance of
the facilities.
Rate History
The Authority is funded through collection of sewer service charges, currently $16.65 per Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) per month. One EDU is equivalent to (a) one single-family residential house, (b) one single unit of a multi-house structure or row house, (c) one apartment in an apartment complex, (d) one mobile home, each using 50,000 gallons of water or less per year.
