Raw Sewage Pumps
The raw sewage pumps
are located in the wet well at the head of the treatment plant. The raw
sewage flows through the main system sewer into the wet well, where the raw
sewage pumps lift the flow up to the grit influent channel. There are
three raw sewage pumps, which adjust their speed to match the amount of flow
coming into the wet well from the main sewer.
